Our famly: L to R - Marla Marie, Christina Lynn (mwah), Nicholas Eugene, Renada Lee and Darla Jean. Nick was hit by a car and died at 4 years of age - not long after this photo was taken. He was a beautiful boy. (Marla and Darla are twins BTW)
I can't say that I am not fearful right now. Adopting a child (or having a child by birth) is a HUGE thing, no small matter. These are precious souls God has entrusted to all parents or any person who guides a child through life in any way, be it teacher, auntie, friend of a family, etc. "It takes a village" is so profoundly true.
